The website glad-ia-tor.com is published by SharpSkill SAS, with capital of 500 €, registered in the Nanterre RCS under number 992 632 497, whose registered office is located at 1 allée du Puits, 92130 Issy-les-Moulineaux, France. EU VAT number: FR25992632497.

SharpSkill SAS offers through GLAD-IA-TOR a public product evaluation platform. The arena entry fee ($39 excl. tax, one-time payment) grants your product up to 30 days of visibility with a dofollow backlink and eligibility for daily battles where visitors vote and comment. Only the winner of each battle earns a permanent place in the Hall of Fame. The losing product is eliminated and removed from the platform.

The arena entry fee is $39 USD excluding taxes, payable once via Stripe. French VAT (20%) applies by default. For businesses established in another EU member state with a valid intra-community VAT number, VAT is reverse-charged by the client (directive 2006/112/EC). For businesses outside the EU, no VAT applies. Applicable taxes are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location. Payment is required at the time of submission. We accept credit cards and other payment methods supported by Stripe. No banking data is stored on our servers.

Access to the arena begins upon approval of your submission by our moderation team. The user receives a confirmation and their product becomes visible in the arena. No physical shipment is made.

In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content accessible immediately after payment, if the customer has expressly waived this right. By submitting your product and completing payment, you consent to the immediate execution of the service and waive your right of withdrawal once the product is approved.

Due to the nature of the digital service (immediate public exposure upon approval), refunds are generally not available. If your product is rejected during moderation and never published in the arena, you are automatically refunded.

SharpSkill SAS makes every effort to provide a reliable platform. However, SharpSkill SAS cannot guarantee any specific outcome from arena participation. SharpSkill SAS cannot be held liable for indirect damages such as: loss of business opportunity, reputational impact from crowd judgments, temporary service interruption for maintenance, or failure of a third-party provider.

Products promoting illegal activities, violence, discrimination, or any content that violates applicable laws are forbidden. We reserve the right to reject or remove such submissions without refund.

These Terms of Sale are subject to French law. In case of dispute, we favor an amicable resolution. You can contact us at [email protected] for any complaint. In the absence of an amicable solution, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of SharpSkill SAS's registered office or the consumer's place of residence, at the consumer's choice.
